Metallica’s All Within My Hands (AWMH) foundation is a nonprofit, philanthropic organization created by the members and management of Metallica. The foundation is dedicated to creating sustainable communities by supporting workforce education, the fight against hunger, and other critical local services. AWMH funds the Metallica Scholars Initiative to provide direct support to those pursuing a technical education degree at various community colleges across the country, including Northland Pioneer College.
