Technology Advancement & Support (TAS) manages the computing and communications assets and services for all of Northland Pioneer College. This division is responsible for providing a secure, safe and reliable information infrastructure where employees, students and community members can teach and learn.
NPC students, faculty and staff can receive help with their college-owned computer, telephone, classroom equipment, network or software by contact the NPC Support Center. Their office is located at the Painted Desert Campus in Holbrook, in the right side of the Tawa Center, with technicians stationed at the four campus locations.
NPC Support Center hours of operation for the Spring 21' semester are:
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Closed Saturday, Sunday, college holidays

Vendors may submit their contact information for consideration using the MyNPC Support Center form. Vendors should note that NPC follows Arizona state contracting rules, which regulate vendor selection based on contract value. NPC works with vendors who currently hold state contracts or participate in certain consortia, but any vendor may bid on RFPs and open bid requests.
