Meet Our Team
Reports or complaints of sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, dating violence, domestic violence, or stalking, or questions about the college's policies, procedures, resources, or programs concerning any of those issues, may be directed to any of the NPC team members listed below. All members of the NPC Title IX Team are vetted and trained to ensure they are not biased for or against any party in a specific case, or for or against Complainants and/or Respondents, generally.
Title IX Coordinator
The Vice President for Learning & Student Services serves as the Title IX Coordinator and oversees the implementation of Northland Pioneer College’s (NPC) policy on equal opportunity, harassment, and nondiscrimination. The Title IX Coordinator has the primary responsibility for coordinating NPC’s efforts related to the intake, investigation, resolution, and implementation of supportive measures to stop, remediate, and prevent discrimination, harassment, and retaliation prohibited under this policy. The Title IX Coordinator oversees all resolutions under this policy and these procedures, manages the Title IX Team and acts with independence and authority free from bias and conflicts of interest.

NPC's Title IX Team
Pool members receive annual training organized by the Title IX Coordinator, including a review of Northland Pioneer College policies and procedures as well as applicable federal and state laws and regulations so that they are able to appropriately address allegations, provide accurate information to members of the community, protect safety, and promote accountability.
