Initial salary range of $14.71 to $17.95 per hour depending on education and experience.

Reports to the Community and Corporate Learning Coordinator.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field.
- Three (3) years’ experience in higher education, community or public relations of administration

Assist the Community and Corporate Learning Coordinator in planning, developing, marketing, executing and evaluating high quality training and community programs to meet the needs of communities, business and industries.
- Positively supports and promotes college, governing board, administrators, Community and Corporate Learning Coordinator (CCL), faculty, staff, students and communities.
- Works with the CCL Coordinator to plan, organize, facilitate and execute Community and Corporate Learning classes, chamber events, community events and workforce development trainings.
- Under CCL Coordinator, establishes and maintains community relations with public groups to identify community needs and determine partnership opportunities for district-wide community enrichment classes and training needs.
- Under CCL Coordinator, successfully attract students and recruit instructors by developing and maintaining youth, adult and senior citizen’s programs.
- Identify and recruit qualified instructors for teaching personal enrichment and workforce development classes.
- Assists instructors with preparation of course outlines and content, determines schedule of classes and financial calculations.
- Insures classes, events and programs are marketed to the public by providing detailed information to the College Marketing and Public Relations department.
- Oversees the development of community education and workforce development course offerings for fall, spring and summer schedules.
- Assess and evaluate course content with development of measurable performance objectives for courses and instructors.
- Travel within Navajo and Apache counties (NPC service area) is required.
- Establish, support and maintain advisory council for Adult Learning and Kids College.
- Develop classes, review and maintain the Xenegrade registration process records and tools.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of new programs. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and confidence to do so. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of higher education program offerings and administrative practices. Knowledge of community resources. Knowledge of budget preparation and expenditure control.
