To ensure that District Governing Board policies always look to the future and remain relevant to the operations of Northland Pioneer College, the Board shall review Board policies on a three-year cycle. Of nine categories of Board policies, three categories shall be reviewed each of three years.
As Board policies are reviewed or revised, the Board Policy Manual will be updated, using the date of review or revision with indication of "reviewed only" or "revised."
Any new policies created by the Board will be identified by the date of approval and "new."
