- Plus, two years related work experience in developing and activating social media campaigns that build brand awareness and increase impressions.

- Must be able to frequently travel to all 9 NPC campus locations using college vehicle.
Northland Pioneer College is looking for someone to utilize all of NPC’s social media channels to assist in promoting and achieving NPC’s marketing goals as presented by the Director of Marketing and Public Relations.
- Develop, implement and manage NPC’s social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking and consistent messaging.
- Provide strategies on innovative ways to use social media platforms and digital content to tell stories that improve engagement, build community and drive awareness of NPC programs and student accomplishments.
- Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar that ensures all content is unique, relevant, engaging and cross-promoted on all relevant digital platforms.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. Content must include images and/or video from all campus/center locations throughout NPC’s service area.
- Gather social media analytics for all NPC platforms, develop regular metrics and produce biweekly reports for review by marketing director. Use reports to measure the success of every social media campaign and continuously improve results to increase reach and engagement.
- Develop and implement organic and paid social media strategies that support both general NPC marketing goals as well as individual program objectives. Analyze social media ad campaigns to extend reach, improve KPIs and increase return on investment.
- Continually monitor and moderate all internal and external user-generated content across all NPC social media properties and when needed, provide accurate and timely responses to questions.
- Manage user account access and page roles across all NPC social media sites.
- Collaborate with internal NPC social media content creators to produce innovative and integrated social media campaigns that support their program or student group as well as overall NPC marketing goals.
- Use social media marketing tools such as HootSuite to manage social media content.
- Stay current with new advances in social media marketing, best practices and the competitive landscape to identify potential challenges and opportunities in the short and long term.
- Support other digital marketing projects as needed and assigned by the Director of Marketing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Ability to develop and implement social media campaigns that build brand awareness and increase impressions. Excellent copy writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media sites Proficiency in using social media management and analytics software such as Zoho Social, HootSuite, Facebook Insights, etc. to produce KPI reports. Strong working knowledge of Photoshop and video editing software. Good design, web, photography and video skills. Technically savvy with an ability to quickly and effectively research and learn new digital tools and techniques. Strong understanding of keyword and hashtag usage, SEO and web traffic metrics. Exceptional time and project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple stakeholder and projects with changing priorities. Ability to travel to multiple NPC locations and work in a diverse, multi-cultural environment.
