Initial salary range of $12.91 - $16.15 per hour depending on education and experience.

Reports to the Reports to the Assistant Registrar

Associates degree
- Post high school courses or training appropriate for the position
- One year general office experience.
To perform as a team member to provide service to students and college staff, to assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the district record keeping, registration and transcript functions.
Focus duties will be assigned by Assistant Registrar.
- Maintain and distribute student transcripts.
- Process Enrollment Verifications
- Process Admission letters
- Post updated data as received.
- Process telephone registrations.
- Correct student records as required.
- Refer errors to proper authorities.
- File records as required.
- Maintain and request data needed for data integrity reports
- Input student registrations into the computer database.
- Produce and distribute listings, reports and class rosters.
- Maintain student registration records.
- Generate telephone registration documents and distribute them.
- Distribute incoming mail.
- Cross train with respective desks to complete daily tasks.
- Take requests for information and respond appropriately.
- Assist with registration training workshop for temporary employees.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Typing/data entry at 35 wpm. Familiarity with word processing and proficiency at keyboard. Ability to understand the importance of accuracy in student records. Knowledge of FERPA regulations, records and registration processing. Ability to work in a diverse, multi-cultural environment. Ability to read and comprehend the English language sufficiently in order to understand written and verbal information.
