This student success workshop prepares NPC students for the next steps in their academic and professional journeys by building essential career and transfer readiness skills. Participants will learn how to create effective resumes, highlight their strengths and experiences, and tailor application materials for employment and educational opportunities. The workshop also provides practical interview strategies, including how to answer common questions, communicate confidently, and make a positive professional impression. Students will explore resources and pathways available after completing their studies at Northland Pioneer College, including transfer options, career planning, and workforce opportunities. By the end of the workshop, participants will have the tools and confidence needed to successfully transition from college to the next stage of their educational or career goals.
