My name is Alexa Cuestas-Quezada. I was born and raised in Holbrook, Arizona, and I am proud to be a first‑generation college student. I am currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree in business at Northland Pioneer College. My long‑term goal is to open my own business and build a successful career that allows me to support my community, just as Mr. Lucero did throughout his life.
This scholarship means more to me than financial support; it is motivation! It reminds me that people believe in my potential and want to see students like me succeed. I am deeply grateful for your generosity and for honoring Mr. Lucero’s legacy by helping students pursue their dreams.
