Initial salary range of $14.71 to $17.95 per hour depending on education and experience.

Vice President for Learning and Student Services
Valid Arizona driver's license
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Associate degree
- Minimum of three years general office experience, and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Coordinates and oversees annual College Commencement program.
- Prepares for meetings; takes minutes of meetings as required.
- Provides secretarial services for Vice President.
- Keeps calendar and schedules meetings as requested.
- Maintains budget records and prepares reconciliation.
- Gathers data, constructs reports and comparisons.
- Creates and maintains confidential records including student records.
- Assists with preparation of the Student Services section of catalog and updates as needed.
- Makes appointments and keeps schedules.
- Maintains staff personnel files.
- Monitors travel requests.
- Updates advising, student, and student services handbooks and relevant MyNPC pages.
- Receives, researches, and attempts to resolve student concerns as appropriate.
- Conducts phone and mail surveys as requested.
- Prepares correspondence and other written documents.
- Orders supplies as necessary and arranges for delivery and/or makes delivery.
- Processes mail.
- Receives phone calls, answers questions, takes messages.
- Prepares requisitions and submits repair requests.
- Assists with student orientation and registration process during registration periods.
- Assists Director of Student Services with matters relating to advising.
- Maintains and distributes stock of student ID cards, and related supplies.
- Performs related duties as assigned
Proficiency in computer operations; word-processing and spreadsheet and data base applications; calculator, office machines and copier systems; typing/data entry; sound oral and written communication skills; office management and work-flow administration. Ability to work in a diverse, multi-cultural environment. Ability to read, comprehend and use the English language sufficiently in order to understand and deliver written and verbal information. Ability to work with and lead others to coordinate large events.
