Friends, family, and NPC faculty and administration came together to celebrate six outstanding nursing graduates from the Little Colorado Campus in Winslow. These students have worked extremely hard to maintain their work, family, school, and clinical schedules to become the area's next generation of nurses.
Held at The Arboretum at Flagstaff on May 8, the special pinning ceremony honored not only their academic achievements but the compassion, resilience and dedication it takes to become a nurse.
The nursing pinning ceremony is a meaningful tradition, symbolizing the transition from student to professional, and is a way of welcoming each graduate into the nursing profession.
Congratulations to our newest nurses! We are so proud of you and the care you will bring to your communities! 💛💙
