Participants will explore the concept of role strain and learn how competing demands can impact academic performance, stress levels, and overall well-being. The workshop provides practical tools for prioritizing tasks, setting realistic goals, managing schedules, and avoiding procrastination. Students will also learn strategies for maintaining balance, reducing stress, and building habits that support persistence and success in college. By the end of the workshop, participants will be equipped with skills to manage their time more effectively and navigate their responsibilities with greater confidence and resilience.
