This scholarship was established by the bequest of Dr. Jon Graff, a great champion of NPC students, and awards an NPC student who is ultimately pursuing University Transfer. Single-semester award.
- Applicants must have the recommendation of at least two individuals, including NPC faculty or staff or high school faculty or staff, as evidenced by letters of support as prompted in AwardSpring.
