No transcript requests, either overnight or regular,
are processed on days when the college is closed.
- July 19th will not be mailed out until Wednesday, July 20th.
- July 22th will not be mailed out until Monday, July 25th.
- July 26th will not be mailed out until Wednesday, July 27th.

Students, past and present, can view and print their unofficial transcript by logging into MyNPC, clicking on the "Home" tab, then about three-quarters of the way down the middle column you'll see the link to "Unofficial Transcript" to access and print your unofficial transcript.

Your entire class history at NPC is contained on one official transcript.
In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), your signature is required on the transcript request form in order for us to release your transcripts. This can be done when ordering online.
Your account must be clear of all holds and you should be sure that your grades are posted. (You will be notified via email if you have a hold on your account.)
Please plan ahead. Once your request has been received it may take up to 5 business days to be mailed out for regular processing. Allow additional time for mailing.

Regular Processing: Generally mailed within 5 business days after the request is received, costs $10.00 per transcript.
Pickup In Person: If you wish to pick up your transcripts in person (only available at the Records & Registration Office), the fee is $15.00 per transcript. The NPC records office is located at 2251 E. Navajo Blvd., Holbrook, in the left or west side of the Tawa Center.
Priority Mail: If you want your transcript(s) mailed "Priority" the transcript fee increases to $20 per transcript PLUS the USPS Priority Fee of $19.99 IF* your request AND payment is received by 10:00 a.m., MST, there are no holds on your account and your grades are posted. A signature is required at the time of delivery for "priority" USPS mailings unless specifically waived. Most in-state priority mailings will be received next day, Out-of-State priorities do take additional days, but you need to contact your local United States Postal Service for your specific day/delivery times.
