No transcript requests,
either overnight or regular,
are processed on days
when the college is closed.

Our normal turnaround time is 3 – 5 business days.
Be assured, we are putting our best effort into getting
transcripts out as quickly as we can.
Students, past and present, can view and print their unofficial transcript for FREE by logging into MyNPC, clicking on the "Home" tab, then about three-quarters of the way down the middle column you'll see the link to "Unofficial Transcript" to access and print your unofficial transcript.

Your entire class history at NPC is contained on one official transcript.
In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), your signature is required on the transcript request form in order for us to release your transcripts. This CAN be done when ordering online.
Your account must be clear of all holds and you should be sure that your grades are posted. (You will be notified via email if you have a hold on your account.)
Please plan ahead. Once your request has been received it may take up to 5 business days to be mailed out for regular processing. Allow additional time for mailing.
Order Online through National Student Clearinghouse (credit card required)
Click on the link above to order your official transcript, make a payment, and provide your written consent online.You will receive an email confirmation once your transcript has been sent.
If you do NOT have a credit or debit card to place your order online, please call the Records and Registration Office at (800) 266-7845 ext. 7459 for alternative ordering methods. Additional fees may apply.
Order Online Regular Processing: Generally mailed within 5 business days after the request is received, cost is $10.00 per transcript.
Priority Mail: If you want your transcript(s) mailed "Priority" the transcript fee increases to $20 per transcript PLUS the USPS Priority Fee of $20 IF* your request AND payment is received by 10:00 a.m., MST, there are no holds on your account and your grades are posted. If you want to require a signature at the time of delivery for "priority" USPS mailings you must specify your request when ordering. Most in-state priority mailings will be received next day, Out-of-State priorities do take additional days, but you need to contact your local United States Postal Service for your specific day/delivery times.
Online Request Hold for Pick Up: If you want to pick up your official transcript, select Rush Processing and Hold for Pick Up when ordering online through National Student Clearinghouse. You will be notified via email when it is ready to pick up at the Records and Registration Office on the Holbrook – Painted Desert Campus. You must provide a photo ID to pick up the transcript.
