Information Services Division (IS) at NPC

IS manages the computing and communications assets and services for all of Northland Pioneer College. The IS Division is responsible for providing a secure, safe, and reliable information infrastructure where employees, students, and community members can teach and learn.

NPC students, faculty and staff can receive help with their college-owned computer, telephone, classroom equipment, network, or software by contact the NPC IS Support Center. The IS Support Center is located at the Painted Desert Campus in Holbrook, in the right side of the Tawa Center. To contact them you can call, email or use the web contact form.

Summer Hours

  • Monday: 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Closed Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Fall & Spring Semester Hours

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Closed Saturday, Sunday and College Holidays

Vendors

Vendors may submit their contact information for consideration using the MyNPC Support Center form. Vendors should note that NPC follows Arizona state contracting rules, which regulate vendor selection based on contract value. NPC works with vendors who currently hold state contracts or participate in certain consortia, but any vendor may bid on RFPs and open bid requests.
