Duplication Services for Faculty

Print Materials
  1. Send the original on white paper with a completed Printing and Duplicating Request Form to PAD, c/o Painted Desert Campus.
  2. Include full bibliographic citation. (example - Trail Guide to the Body. Instructor's backpack CD. 3rd ed. Andrew Biel. Books of Discovery. 2005)
  3. Allow 2 days.
  4. The office will stamp each copy with copyright protection statement.
  5. If materials do not fall under Fair Use, copyright permission must be attached.
  6. The office will keep records of duplications.

Audio/Video Materials
  1. Send the original and Audio-Visual Services Request Form to A-V Control Room at NPC on Painted Desert Campus.
  2. Provide blank audio or video tapes.
  3. Include complete bibliographic citation. (example - Precalculus Algebra & Trigonometry: a graphing Approach. 3rd ed. Addison-Wesley. 2001)
  4. Allow 2 weeks.
  5. The office will stamp each copy with copyright protection statement.
  6. If materials do not fall under Fair Use, copyright permission must be attached.
  7. The office will keep records of duplications.
