Software of CD Installation on Library or Open Lab Computers

Conditions Required for an NPC course.
Licensing agreement allows installment.

Instructor sends a copy of the software or CD/Rom along with the form #3800 to the library where it should be installed. This completed form must accompany the CD or software as well as 1) the original CD or software, 2) installation directions, 3) directions for student use, and 4) copy of the license agreement.

Library contacts Information Services to check for compatibility and to install.  Software or CD will be kept in the library.

Library staff will label the computer that it provides access to the program and add it to the computer inventory sheet.

Incompatible software or restricted software will be returned to the instructor with an explanation.
