Federal, state and regional employers will be attending three free Seasonal Career Fairs, sponsored by Northland Pioneer College’s Career Services, in Holbrook, St. Johns and Snowflake later this month.
Open to community members, NPC alumni and current students, the Career Fairs are for anyone who is in career transition or interested in learning more about educational opportunities, internships or employment prospects. Attendees should bring plenty of résumés and dress professionally.
Featured employers include U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, USDA Forest Service – Southwest Region, Arizona Supreme Court/Adult Probation Support Services (AmeriCorps program) and Arizona Conservation Corps (AmeriCorps program).
All three Career Fairs will be from 2 to 6 p.m.
- The Holbrook Fair will be on Tuesday, September 25, in the Nizhoni Learning Center Lobby on NPC’s Painted Desert Campus, 2251 E. Navajo Blvd.
- The St. Johns Public Library, 35 S. 3rd W., will be the location for the Career Fair on Wednesday, September 26.
- The final Fair will be on Thursday, September 27, in the Performing Arts Center on the NPC Snowflake/Taylor – Silver Creek Campus, 1611 S. Main St.
