Sealed bids will be received by Northland Pioneer College until Friday, March 8, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. local time, for Mechanical Equipment Pre-Purchase, Northland Pioneer College, Aspen Center on the White Mountain Campus, Show Low, Arizona.
Bids must be received at the Northland Pioneer College Administrative Services Office, 2251 E. Navajo Boulevard, Holbrook, Arizona
Bids must be on a Lump Sum basis, and the bids must include submittal data as described in the Bidding Documents. Bids shall acknowledge that Bidder has received all Addenda that are published during the bid period.
Bidding Documents will be available beginning Monday, February 18, 2019 and may, by appointment only, be examined at, but not removed from, the District Maintenance Office of Northland Pioneer College, 102 N. Bidding documents, listed as “NPC AS# 19-03, Mechanical Equipment Pre-Purchase,” will be available for downloading at http://public.constructionvaults.com beginning Monday, February 18, 2019. Addenda will only be issued through the same website. Addenda notifications will be made via email to plan holders who have registered an account for this project through the Public Construction Vault website. Hard copies of Bidding Documents may also be ordered through the website. Printing and shipping costs will be paid by the Bidder.
Each Bid submitted shall be sealed and plainly marked “Northland Pioneer College, Bid Identification No. AS# 19-03, Mechanical Equipment Pre-Purchase.” All bids shall be mailed or delivered to the District Office address above.
Bids will be opened on Friday, March 8, 2019 at 2:15 P.M. local time at Northland Pioneer College District Office, 2251 E. Navajo Boulevard, Holbrook Arizona, in the presence of three persons, including one or more college officials.
Requests for Information (RFI’s) shall be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The final date for submitting RFI’s will be Wednesday, February 27, 2019. Responses will not be given to RFI’s received after Wednesday, February 27, 2019. An Addendum that includes the RFI responses will be issued through the Public Construction Vault website no later than Monday, March 4, 2019, and the Addendum notification will be made via email to plan holders who have registered an account for this project through the Public Construction Vault website.
