
The NPC Disability Resources and Access Office is responsible for coordinating support services for special populations under the Carl Perkins Vocational Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). These populations include students with documented disabilities, those who are either academically or economically disadvantaged, those with limited English proficiency, and those enrolled in non-traditional vocational programs.
A wide variety of support services are available through the DRA office to facilitate academic access for students with special needs. Services are determined on an individual basis and are provided at no charge for eligible students.

Students who believe they have a current and essential need for disability accommodations are responsible for requesting accommodations and providing documentation to verify eligibility to Disability Resources and Access (DRA). DRA will make every effort to accommodate qualified students with disabilities.
