HOUSING
EAGLE HEIGHTS RESIDENTIAL HALL
Student housing is available at the Painted Desert Campus in Holbrook. Eagle Heights Residential Hall is a ranch-style residence consisting of three (3) buildings, accommodating 57 students and two (2) supervisors. The residence hall blends naturally into the high desert setting and offers students a country-quiet atmosphere. Facilities are also available for the physically challenged.
The six-person suites were designed for maximum comfort and utility. The suites have two study/bedrooms each containing a refrigerator with bunk beds, chests of drawers and desks for each student/resident. Between the study/bedrooms is a shared kitchen with microwave and sink. Each suite has a bathroom equipped with a shower. (Ovens are not available in kitchens.) The cost per students is $750.00 (subject to change) per semester.
To reside at Eagle Heights, applicants must be enrolled for a minimum of eight (8) course credits per semester. A $100.00 deposit must accompany the application and the student must provide proof of medical insurance. Student insurance is available through an agent under contract by the college. Contact the Housing Administrator for availability of summer housing.
The student recreation room is located at the residence hall and provides students with a TV lounge, vending machines, billiards, laundry facilities, and a small kitchen with oven and sink. Meals may be prepared with microwave in residence hall rooms, obtained off-campus, or prepared with the oven in the recreation center.
