The Certificate of Proficiency (CP) for Community Health Adviser provides training and skills for individuals who wish to work as community health representatives, community health lay workers and in other community-based health organizations. This program also provides excellent training for volunteer organizations dealing with health resource issues.
The Certificate of Proficiency in Community Health Adviser requires completion of pre-specified 13 credits and the selection of one three-credit required elective for a total of 16 credits.
