NPC AA in Elementary Education Scholarship
Who is eligible to apply?	NPC students pursuing an AAEE degree.
Award Amount:	Each scholarship is $500.00 per semester.
Criteria	Must declare intent to omplete an AAEE degree at NPC. Must enroll in at least one EDU course each semester. Must enroll for at least 6 credit hours each semester. Must maintain a 3,0 GPA. High school diploma or GED. In good academic standing, not over the credit limit, not in default of a student loan and not in overpayment status. Students who have previously obtained a Bachelor's degree or currently in high school are not eligible to apply.
How do I apply?	Submit essay of 1,000 words or less describing educational and career goals. Submit unofficial transcript upon request. Submit list of all courses you plan to complete during each semester.
Required:	Submit the 2009-2010 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Application is available at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ Submit 2009-2010 NPC Financial Aid Information Form. Submit Degree Plan/Audit (contact an NPC Academic Advisor)

Deadline	Fall 2009 Semester Deadline: Friday, September 4, 2009 or until applicants are selected. Spring 2010 Semester Deadline: Monday, January 11, 2010 or until applicants are selected. Submit all required documents to be considered for this scholarship.
