Media Release, Publication/Graphic Project, or Printing & Duplicating Requests

1. Download the appropriate form(s) as a PDF:
Media Release
Publication/Graphic Project (Also used for Business Card orders)
Printing & Duplicating
Photo Model Release.
2. Print and complete by hand and make three (3) copies – one for you, one to M&PR or PAD @ District Office, and one for your Dean or Vice President.
3. M&PR adds project to work logs.
4. Draft sent electronically to Requestor, with cc: to Dean or Vice President for approval.
If major changes requested, sent for another round of approvals.
5. Approved draft sent to President/Director of Marketing & Recruitment for approval.
6. Project released for publication/broadcast, printing or uploading to Web site.

Standards Manual

Prior to using the NPC logo, individuals should review the Graphics Standards Manual, which explains which fonts should be used, proper colors, and whether to use the horizontal or vertical form of the logo.

Non-Discrimination Statement

NPC is legally required to include a Non-Discrimination Statement on all materials distributed to the general public, students or prospective employees. It is not required on course materials. Statement should be printed in small type (6 to 8 point) at the bottom of your materials. These are Microsoft Word documents that can be inserted into your publication.

Logos

The new logo is provided in PNG format compatible with Microsoft Word. If you need a departmental logo created, or for versions used in commercial printing, please contact mpr@npc.edu

Letterhead Template

A new Letterhead Word Template was developed in October 2007, that appears to work on multiple types of printers This file is available only on the NPC InfoWeb, under Forms. NPC Supplies has the new letterhead and matching envelopes available.

Flier Templates

Microsoft Word templates have been created and are available for use.

There are three sets of three variations. The Academic Focus set is for all Arts and Sciences Departments; Career Choice is for all career and workforce development programs; and Your Guide To is for all other student services and administrative departments.

If you are looking for photography to use, (No Word clip art or copying art from the Web is allowed!) please go to liquidlibrary.com and browse their selection. M&PR has a paid subscription to this service. Email the image number, desired size you need and resolution specifications to mpr@npc.edu. We will secure the image and email it back to you.
