Northland Pioneer College and Arizona Workforce Connection are sponsoring two free Community Career Fairs, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., on Thursday, April 24, at NPC’s Winslow – Little Colorado Campus, 1400 E. Third St., and on Friday, April 25, at the Show Low – White Mountain Campus, 1001 W. Deuce of Clubs.
Learn about potential full-time and part-time jobs, find an internship, build your résumé with on-the-job-training, network with employers, create your job contact database, research your dream job, or discover the skills you need to get the position. Explore educational opportunities at NPC and other institutions.
Businesses and organizations with employment opportunities already signed up for both fairs include: Arizona Department of Corrections; Arizona State Parks; Empire Southwest; Hatch Motor Company; Navajo County; Navajo County Sheriff’s Office; Social Security Administration; and Wells Fargo. Northern Arizona University will be on hand to explain educational opportunities. Nestle Purina Pet Care, Preferred Sands and the USDA Forest Service will have representatives at the Winslow fair. AIRES LLC and Hon-Dah Resort Casino and Conference Center will be recruiting at the Show Low fair.
