BUS 225 Human Resource Management

This course presents the student with the challenges of Human Resource Management in today's workforce. Topics covered are Equal Employment Opportunity, Job Analysis, Strategic Planning, Training and Career Development, Performance Appraisals, Compensation, Employee Benefits, Job Safety, Employee Rights, International Human Resource Management, and the dynamics of Labor Relations. 3 credits. Transferable to state universities as an elective.
