Personal/Skill Enrichment Classes

 Learning Adventures offers a wide variety of classes, workshops and seminars in special interest areas which provide personal enrichment for individuals in NPC college communities. These short-term offerings are developed by the Community Education department and include such interest areas as:

● Home crafts (quilting, stained glass, watercolor and more)
● Green courses (solar greenhouse, solar cooking and more)
● Personal finances (personal budget, investing and more)
● Health and well-being (yoga, dance, guitar, piano and more)
● Computer technology (scrapbooking, family tree, Photoshop and more)

These lifelong learning opportunities are very popular and prove that learning can be fun! Register for these courses before the first class session at your nearest campus/center location.

Learning Adventures class list

A list of Learning Adventure classes and workshops are published each semester in a small booklet like the one above. Download the most recent copy of the Learning Adventure Booklet here. Interested community members can request a copy be mailed to them by contacting the coordinator listed below. These classes are also included in each semester’s NPC Class Schedule by the location where they are offered. Additionally, they are advertised periodically in local newspapers.
