  degree or certificate.
• These checksheets are NOT meant to be a substitute for meeting with an adviser and we highly recommend
  that you do so.
• You MUST see an NPC academic adviser to apply for graduation and have a degree audit done.
  Don't get caught at the very end and find out you took the wrong class or don't have enough credits.
  See an academic adviser at least once per semester.
