HOSPITALITY
This program provides the student with the knowledge and skills for employment in the
restaurant and hotel industry by offering educational curriculum in Front Office Operations,
Food Service, Housekeeping, and Restaurant Operations and Management.
Students may earn a certificate of program completion in Restaurant Operations and
Management from the National Restaurant Association along with an NPC Certificate of
Proficiency or a Certificate of Applied Science. Certificates of Proficiency are also available
in Front Office Operations, Foodservice, or Housekeeping.
