Student housing is available at the Western Holiday Motel in Holbrook. Northland Pioneer College has contracted with the Western Holiday to provide up to twenty (20) single residence housing units for NPC students. The Western Holiday is within walking distance of laundry and grocery facilities and is located in downtown Holbrook approximately two (2) miles from the Painted Desert Campus.

All rooms at the Western Holiday will be single occupancy. Amenities include:

For the 2005-06 academic year, the room cost per student is $1000.00 per semester. All students will also be required to provide a $100.00 security and damages deposit with a completed application. Students wishing to live in Western Holiday student housing must be enrolled in eight (8) or more credits at NPC and must provide proof of medical insurance prior to move in. Student medical insurance is available, if needed, through an agent under contract by the College. All students wising to live in student housing will be required to sign and abide by a Student Housing Regulations and Conduct Agreement. As there will be no NPC staff living on-site at the Western Holiday, the Vice President of Student Services will work the Western Holiday owner and managers to enforce proper conduct. The Regulations and Conduct Agreement will be strictly enforced by the Vice President of Student Services.

Please contact the Vice President of Student Services at (928) 532-6129, or 1-800-266-7845, ext. 6129, for more information.
