COMMUNITY HEALTH ADVISOR

The Community Health Advisor Certificate of Proficiency provides training and skills for individuals to work as Community Health Representatives, Community Health Lay Workers and in other community- based health organizations. The program provides excellent training for volunteer organizations dealing with health resource issues.
