Transferring Equipment
Definition of Transferring:
A. Geographical: Physical removal from one location to another
B. Charge Center: Reassigning an item from one charge center to another
- 1. Transfer of equipment from a center during the course of a week's instructional
activities can be done on the authority of a program supervisor.
- 2. Physical removal from one location to another beyond a week's use requires a transfer
form completed with the appropriate signatures be submitted to the Business Office
(See Forms section).
- 3. The Inventory Clerk will make the necessary changes on the Master Inventory records
for items with a value of $500.00 or more.
- 4. All NPC equipment used in other than NPC facilities must be accounted for at the end
of each school year by the appropriate Program Chairperson or Division Director.
