Coordinator of High School Programs

Organizational Relationship: Reports to the Director of Enrollment Services
Location: Silver Creek Campus, Snowflake/Taylor, Arizona
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of two years related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree
  • Knowledge of academic programs, financial assistance/academic eligibility, policies and procedures, and recruiting practices.
Responsibilities:
  • In conjunction with Director of Enrollment Services, develops procedures and processes for implementation and management of dual enrollment and NAVIT programs.
  • Establishes contacts with high school dual enrollment coordinators and NAVIT career techs; offers training and support as needed.
  • Provide access to information and academic advising to NAVIT and Dual Enrollment students concerning all student services programs available.
  • Organizes and directs biannual Dual Enrollment Advisory Council meetings.
  • Provides oversight and direction for dual enrollment billing, registration, and tracking systems.
  • Provide coordination and assistance for graduation ceremony as required.
  • Hires, supervises, and trains staff as needed.
  • Prepares and maintains annual departmental budget.
  • Cooperates with Marketing and Public Relations to develop informational and marketing materials related to dual enrollment and NAVIT.
  • In conjunction with the Director of Enrollment Services, implements dual enrollment/NAVIT testing and registration processes as needed.
  • Assists deans and faculty as needed with coordination of program development.
  • Provides assistance to advisement and recruitment areas as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to travel long distances.
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Critical sensory requirements include general vision (corrected to 20/20), hear and listen in the normal range (corrected), and speak and give general directs clearly.
Required License/ Certification:
  • Valid Arizona driver's license.
Compensation: Initial salary range for this position is $39,334 to $45,000, depending on prior experience and education.
